'Soul of the Supreme Celestial King' Unable to be activated in Online mode only

  1. Bug description
    ‘Soul of the Supreme Celestial King’ is unable to be activated at any time, but only in Online play. I cannot reproduce this bug in local, test hands. This is similar to a bug from ~ 1 month ago, but this issue was not happening before the most recent mass update. (Similar issue linked here: Soul of the Supreme Celestial King Bug)

  2. Bug reproduction steps

    Log into Online mode and enter either a ranked or casaul match
    Special Summon ‘Supreme King Gate Magician’
    Activate the effect to add ‘Soul of the Supreme Celestial King’
    Set and pass turn
    ‘Soul of the Supreme Celestial King’ cannot be activated at an time.
