If by chance the enemy played a better deck then me, I want to see the cards they used for the whole deck!

Have the option to view both players decks in replay mode

If they have decksharing enabled, you can save their deck from the replay menu

I can’t even find the option for myself, Is it automatically on?

And where can i find it?

“Replay Sharing”, under the social tab of settings. By default I believe its on, but some ppl turn it off.
