Welcome to very first challenge week in Omega Monthly challenges. This months theme is Revival of deathbounds and challenges will feature spooky monsters types and attributes.

every week will contain: 1 challenge , 5 bounties.

We will post 1 challenge and a bounty on the first day of the week and keep posting one bounty everyday till challenge week ends / 5 bounties reaches whichever happens first. Points will be calculated after the week and posted in challenge leaderboard.

Challenge leaderboard will be available after the first challenge week.

featured monsters: Zombie

Challenge

Have Exactly 13 cards in your Deck , 13 in graveyard and 13 cards in banished zone at any instant of the duel.

Conditions:

(these will only apply on challenge not on bounties)

all conditions from the revamp applies if bellow conditions doesn’t override them.

  1. Opponent can’t help you. ( AI opponent preferred )
  2. You must have 40+ card in starting deck.
  3. Rules apply according to the revamp post.

Conditions for extra 15 points (super hard, not for casuals)

  1. Previous conditions + Also have 13 cards in field + hand.
  2. Opponent helping allowed for this.

Conditions for extra 25 points. ( nearly impossible)

  1. All previous conditions + 13 cards in extra deck too.
  2. Opponent help + invalid decks allowed.

Conditions for complementary points. ( for casuals )

  1. Have Exactly 13 cards in your Deck or 13 in graveyard or 13 cards in banished zone at any instant of the duel.
  2. Have 13 cards on field + hand at any instance of duel.

  1. Have 3 Ghostrick skeletons on field. ( tcg rules )

Bounty 2:
Summon 1 Red-Eyes Zombie Dragon in a AI duel in opponents side of the field. and screenshot it.

Bounty 3:
Have a Zombie type monster with equal attack and defense points ( must be not original and greater than 3000 )

Bounty 4:
Summon 3 archfiend monsters while Pandemonium is in your field zone.

Bounty 5:
Summon 3 Zombie monsters whose combined attack is 6600 ( not original attack ) while having Yami on either field zone.

Challenge

Have the most (minimum 6) of zombie monster cards (original type), but different card type (trap monster, normal, effect, fusion, synchro, xyz, pendulum, link , ritual) on the field (Spell & Trap zone counts).

Conditions:

  • 1.Duel must be against AI / Unwilling to help opponent
  • 2.Hybrid pendulum monsters only count as pendulums
  • 3.You must have 40+ card in starting deck.
  • 4.Rules apply according to the revamp post.

Bonus conditions, 15 additional points (35 total)

Previous conditions (now minimum is 11 cards) + fiend monsters and opponent field counts. Fiends and zombies count separately card type wise (I.e. having 1 xyz zombie and 1 xyz fiend is valid).

Ladder

  • 1st place (+15 points)
  • 2nd place (+10 points)
  • 3rd place (+5 points)
  • everyone else (+0 points)

**Conditions for mercy rules (get 33% of base challenge points)

  • Banned cards allowed
  • minimum card required down to 3**

  1. Have “Armored Zombie”, “Dragon Zombie” and “Clown Zombie” on your field

    1. make a X with cards on the field (obviously center of the field will be empty)
    1. make a column on the field, EMZ included
    1. Have “Yubel”, “Yubel - Terror Incarnate” and “Yubel - The Ultimate Nightmare” on the field at the same time

SPECIAL HALLOWEEN CHALLENGE

Challenge

Win using Destiny Board while skipping all of your opponent’s Main Phase 1 and Battle Phases in the least amount of total turns in the Duel.

Conditions:

  1. Duel must be against AI. (Use Mokey Mokey or AI_Test).
  2. You can stack up to 15 cards in your starting hand. (3 points extra for each card less than 15).
  3. You get more points for completing the challenge in less number of turns:
  • 50 points in 1 turn
  • 40 points in 2 turns
  • 30 points in 3 turns
  • 20 points in 4 turns
  • 10 points in 5 turns
  • no extra points beyond 5 turns
  1. You must abide by BOTH the TCG and OCG banlist. (No banned cards from either, no 2 copies of a card if it’s limited, and so on).
  2. You must use an effect that skips the opponent’s Main Phase 1 and BP. It doesn’t count if the opponent skips it. This counts all of the opponent’s turn including the first.
  3. 10 points for early first submission.

Ladder

  • 1st place (+15 points)
  • 2nd place (+10 points)
  • 3rd place (+5 points)
  • everyone else (+0 points)

Note: I personally completed this challenge in 4 turns. I’m sure you can beat my record. :wink:
