When an effect activates and there are 2 options then it will sat active (name) 2 or 3
Take fotybe lady past for example activate her effect when she is level 2 or higher on herself there is no way to know which is which.
When there are multiple cards of the same name in a card list, you can know which one is which because the card that is being activated, will show a chain link icon on it. The same goes for targeting which shows a target icon for the card being targeted. We recently even added color to the icons to distinguish opponent vs player. The red is opponent’s.
