Yummy snatchy Once Per Chain restriction is not effective

1. Bug description
   My opponent was able to activate Snatchy up to 15ish times in the same chain, dodging 2 handtraps and making me lose the game

   Snatchy is Once Per chain

It happened to me today, opp took my snatchy with ttt then proceed to chain 1 to synchro and after i imperm, chain 3 to synchro again, and did it few times until chain 6
(Worth to mention it was out of time or close to it)
