Worldsea Dragon Zealantis is not banishing or special summoning monsters with its’ effect when it is supposed to.
Dude, gonna need a lot more information than that to figure out if it’s something actually wrong with the card, or if it’s just something you’re not understanding about how the card works

Please include the steps necessary to recreate this scenario as there are hundreds of cards in the game, and many of them can create this scenario.
The easiest thing would be to save a replay, export the replay to your clipboard, and then paste that replay here in a message so we can see exactly what happened.
