   Unable to use the effect of Beryl in hand even with targets in grave to summon AND no restrictions on the board state.

   Beryl effect to ss a Lyrilusc from grave with herself. Then overlay for a 2 bounce.

Supplying replay codes is important so that we can check the exact combo done to get to the board state you provided the bug for.

Based on the supplied info, we believe this to be working as intended.

In this case, you are saying that you are doing a combo to make Apollosa. However, it looks like the materials for that combo are Bearbrumm and 2 other monsters. After activating Bearbrumms effect to search a Tribrigade spell or trap card, you are locked into summoning only “Tri-brigade” monsters for the rest of the turn. Beryl is not a tri-brigade monster and thus is not allowed to activate itself due to its requirement to summon itself and another Lyrilusc name.

In the future, we recommend that you use the Duelist Unite Discord server’s #rulings channel to check to see if there is an issue with your combo before submitting a bug report.
