Unable to play game. Game ends with Tie and Internal Error message when duel starts

1. Bug description
   [Any attempt to start a duel results in the match immediately ending with a tie and an Internal Error Message. There is no error code, the software does not crash and I am able to navigate the app with zero issues.]

   [Start any duel/test hand]

I have restarted my device multiple times as well as freshly installed the app and tried again and am still getting this error. It happens both online and offline.
