   [Elemental Hero Flame Wingman and Elemental Hero Neos were on the field but when Polymerization was activated, Elemental HERO Shining Neos Wingman didn't show as an option to be Fusion Summoned.]

Thank you for making a bug report!

Shining Neos Wingman is a card that has recently been brought into Beta card status.

I do believe that you should be able to fusion summon it from what I can see.

In the future, please include a replay code so that we can see the steps that were taken to create the scenario you experienced.

I will bump this up to the scripting team so that they can take a second look at this.

Once again, thank you for helping make omega be the best it can be.
