Unable to activate Droll and Lock Bird on your own turn in response to opponent drawing off of Mulcharmy effects

  1. Bug description
    Player is unable to activate Droll and Lock Bird in a new chain on their own turn after opponent draws a card off the effect of a Mulcharmy monster.

  2. Bug reproduction steps
    Non-turn player activates Mulcharmy Purulia. Turn player normal summons a monster, allowing the opponent to draw a card. In a new chain, no prompt appears to activate Droll and Lock Bird for the turn player

    You should be able to Droll here. It is a common play to activate Droll on your own turn to lock your opponent out of further draws.
