    When you search for Umi in speed duel. All Umi are available (Like Legendary Ocean, etc) Only Umi is available actually in speed duel.

YGO Omega uses duel links card pool for speed duels therefore you can indeed use Legendary Ocean, etc in speed duel here

Humm… Got it but it does not really makes sense since these two cardpool are different. For instance there’s no limitation of cards in speed.
