Trickstar Lycoris " attempt to call a nil value (field 'ischainsolving') "

1. Bug description
   [When played, Trickstar Lycoris's effect won't proc (-200 when opponent draw one card) and there is this message error : attempt to call a nil value (field 'ischainsolving') ]

   [To reproduce the bug you just have to play Lycoris.]

   [When the opponent draw when I have Lycoris on the field he should take -200.]

This bug was already fixed for Online mode a while ago. Offline (Local) mode’s game core is out of date, which is why this bug appears. Since offline mode will always be behind Online in regards to game fixes, playing with Online mode is recommended, even if just playing against the bot.
