We are completely aware that offline cards that tribute do not work. A fix has already been implemented for Online, but a few cards have managed to slip through our fix. Please go to our discord and report any cards that TRIBUTE and that are currently not functioning ONLINE, preferably in our Omega_Help Channel. Thanks!
