Trias Hierarchia Effect in Grave not working when sent off Diviner of the Herald

1. Bug description
   Trias Hierarchia has an effect in grave to tribute fairy monsters on field to summon itself. When it is sent to the graveyard using the effect of Diviner of the Herald, this effect is unable to be activated. The bug has occured on Mac, but I have confirmed that the PC version is the same.

2. Bug reproduction steps

   Normal Summon Diviner of the Herald
   Activate effect and send Trias Hierarchia to GY
   Effect resolves
   No effect tab to indicate quick effects available
   Trias cannot activate the effect to summon itself from GY using Diviner.

   Activate Diviner effect sending Trias Hierarchia to GY
   Effect Resolves
   Quick effect tab shows activated effects
   Activate Trias Hierarchia to summon itself from GY using diviner as tribute.
   Trias Summoned to field and Diviner is sent to GY
   Effect Resolves

Chances are you are using either the Local or the Test hand modes which is using an older version of the core. 3 days ago card that contain Tributing were affected by a change another team made that broke Omega’s core.
