"Tour of Doom" and "Lucky Loan" restrict summoning on opponent's turn

  1. Bug description
[Tour of Doom and Lucky Loan summon restrictions are in effect during the opponent's turn, despite being worded "during your next turn" and not "until your next turn".]

  2. Bug reproduction steps

[For Tour of Doom, set it, and activate the effect during your opponent's Standby Phase, getting the Tails effect. Afterwards, attempt to activate an effect on the opponent's turn to Normal or Flip Summon. For Lucky Loan, activate the effect during your turn, then attempt to activate a card effect that Normal or Special Summons a non-Spellcaster monster during the opponent's turn.]

  3. Screenshot OR error code

  4. Expected behavior
[After getting the Tails effect of Tour of Doom or after resolving Lucky Loan, the player should still be allowed to summon monsters on the opponent's turn, either the turn the effect resolves (in the case of Tour of Doom), or the turn after (in the case of Lucky Loan).]

  5. What OS are you using
    [Windows-10]

Can confirm Lucky Loan was fixed, however Tour of Doom’s Tails effect is now broken to where the effect just does not apply if you get it.
