    activating the card Time Seal doesn’t skip draw phase.

  2. Bug reproduction steps

Just activate Time Seal

  1. Screenshot OR error code
    No need

  2. Expected behavior
    opponent’s Draw Phase for the next turn should have been skipped

  3. What OS are you using
    Windows-10
