Do you have a replay?

No, it was a game I observed of a friends through discord. He was unable to activate while multiple spells were in both players GY(s) & was not under any restrictions that would have prevented him from doing so. It should be easily replicatable. He stated that it wasnt the first time he had encountered that bug when swinging directly like that.
