Is impossibile to use heraldic Beast gryphon’s ability, when you can use this card for special summon a Number xyz monster form the extra deck who requires 3 or more Monster as material. In the game i can’t use this ability.
Can you be more specific, such as providing a replay or screenshot of a scenario where it didnt work?

On the field there’s heraldic Beast gryphon and other heraldic Beast Monster, but as you can see the Xyz Monster on the extra deck that have a bright edge are only Xyz Monster that requires exatly 2 Monster.
