There are some bugs in the skill card "Posthumous Army"

1. Bug description
   There are some bugs in the skill card “Posthumous Army”.

A.It can be actived when I lose 2000 LP. However, I can not active it when I lose 1000 LP.
B.It can be actived unlimited times in one turn. However, It should have the limit “once per turn”.
C.It can be actived when I lose 2000 LP. And I can still active it second time without losing any LP in next turn. It should be reseted when I active it every time.
D.I can not active it when there is no any monster card in graveyard or field. I should be able to active it when there is no any monster card in graveyard or field.

2. Bug reproduction steps

A:case: lose 1000 LP.
B:case: just active it.
C:case: active it and go to next turn without losing any LP.
D:case: reach the condition and make sure there is no any monster card in graveyard or field.
