The card "Memento Bone Party" does not function at all

    [The spell card memento bone party does not work properly, it cannot be activated at any time even though there is nothing stoping it. The graveyard effect of the card also doesn't work]

I received another report on this as well so i tested it and can confirm it is not functioning properly.
