Tag Duels have become 1v1s (Edit: Relay too)

1. Bug description
   When you start a Tag Duel, a normal 1v1 plays between the players in the middle slots.

2. Bug reproduction steps

   Enter a tag duel and play it out. When turn 2 hits, the player who lost RPS will have their turn instead of their teammate. The other players will never get a turn.

3. Screenshot OR error code
   Screenshots or replays would not properly display this.

4. Expected behavior
   On turn 2, the player in the top slot for the going-second team goes.
