Bug description
[Super Quantum King Magnus can be summoned even if some of the materials that the Super Quant Field Spell needs to summon him are in the GY while Necrovalley is out. This shouldn't be possible as Necrovalley should negate the Super Quant Field Spell from bringing the materials in the GY to the field.] -
Bug reproduction steps

Play Necrovalley and then Link away or send some of the Super Quant XYZ monsters to the GY. Use the Super Quant Field Spell to then summon Magnus even though Necrovalley is out. Simple to reproduce but is for sure a bug.]Spoiler
