In Omega, Starliege Seyfert requires you to pick a level before sending dragons for cost. However, nowhere on the card requires you to pick a level before sending, you should be able to send without picking a number. Now, this problem would not be a big deal if you could go back and re-pick the level before you confirm the cost, but you can’t.
This creates a situation where the card in Omega does not do what it reads and creates situations where players can lose duels because of it.
