List of tested skill cards that don’t work

Dinosaur Kingdom - Should be activated at the start of the duel. Can’t be activated.
Flight of the Harpies - Can be activated during the next draw phase after losing 1800 or more LP
Heavy Metal Raiders - Can’t be activated at the start of the duel.
