    Silent Swordsman Zero cannot use its quick effect

  2. Bug reproduction steps

    1. A card is activated that targets shining sarcophagus or a monster that mentions it
    2. Silent Swordsman Zero will be unable to respond

  3. Screenshot OR error code

  4. Expected behavior
    Silent Swordsman Zero should prompt for the activation of its quick effect which will negate thte targeting card and increase its own level by 1
