  1. Bug description
    [Silent Swordsman cant use its targeting negate effect, there is no prompt coming up. This costed a whole ranked game almost but opponent was good sportsman and let me win.]

  2. Bug reproduction steps

    [I cant provide a replay as it will not show up on a replay. You can easily reporduce the bug by normal summoning silent swordsman and then let the opponent use book of moon on him. He should be able to negate it. But there wont be a prompt showing up]

    [There should be a reaction window asking to use Silent Swordsman effect to negate the activation of the card. But there is no window and the effect passes through without delay.]
