Salamandra, the Flying Flame Dragon GY Send effect

1. Bug description
   When Salamandra is sent to the GY, its effect does not trigger (no option to activate).

2. Bug reproduction steps

   Standard FFS combo

• NS Fighting Flame Swordsman
• Search Swordsrealm
• Swordsrealm, send FFS
• FFS triggers, send Salamandra
• Effect resolves with no Salamandra trigger

4. Expected behavior
   Salamandra should trigger when sent to GY to allow searching out Salamandra Fusion or Salamandra with Chain

   Windows 10

I noticed the same Bug. It worked perfectly fine before the latest Update.
