Ringowurm the Hundred Apple Dragon doesn’t summon a token

  1. Bug description
    [This is a REPOST, because the issue seems to have been adressed in another topic by a different user but it is not fixed yet. When activating Ringowurm’s second effect : "During your Main Phase, if you Synchro Summoned a Synchro Monster this turn: You can banish this card from your GY; Special Summon 1 "Hundred Apple Token" (Wyrm/LIGHT/Level 2/ATK 100/DEF 100). If you use this Token as Synchro Material, you can treat it as a Tuner." While Ringowurm can banish himself as cost, no token is summoned.]

    2 : Activate Ringowurm’s effect in the Graveyard.]

    [Ringowurm’s effect should have summoned a “Hundred Apple Token”. SOMETIMES it summons a level 1 dragon token instead of a level 2 wyrm token lol.]
