The card effect says that it can special summon the fallen albaz target or itself from the gy, but on the game only appear the option to select the albaz target.
You cannot special summon a monster with a summoning condition, such as Fusion, Link, Synchro, Xyz, etc. from the GY, Banishment or Spell/Trap zone, if they havent already been properly summoned beforehand.
