  1. Bug description
    Rikka Arrival won’t let you tribute an opponent’s face up monster to activate Rikka effects

  2. Bug reproduction steps
    Activate Rikka Mudan to tribute a Plant to special summon while opponent controls faceup monster. Does not allow me to tribute their monster.

    Should have let me tribute their monster according to the field spell’s effect
