2. Bug reproduction steps
   Summon “Raviel, Lord of Phantasms”
   Have “Raviel, Lord of Phantasms - Shimmering Scraper” in hand.

The ladder does not have it’s effect active in hand as it should.

4. Expected behavior
   “Raviel, Lord of Phantasms - Shimmering Scraper” should have an effect available in hand to be discarded as per card text shown on screenshot.

   Bug is present on Windows 10 and Linux (Nobara)
