   When attempting to summon Wise Strix using an Arsenal Falcon and an effect monster, I am to select Wise Strix for the summon, even though have the necessary requirements on the field the wise strix is not available for selection

   I should be able to summon wise trix using those 2 monsters as materials for a link since it only needs 2 dark winged beast monsters

You locked yourself out when you used Rise-heart’s effect to summon itself
