When Radiant Typhoon Vision is activated, one of two effects is chosen on activation.
The chosen effect is correctly displayed in a pop-up window for a short time. However the game log might sometimes show the entire card text instead.

My own suspicion is, that this might occur when one effect is not legal to activate, as the activating player is not prompted to select an effect in that case.
If that is the case, then Radiant Typhoon Vision currently gives the opponent information on weather the effect not chosen would have been legal to activate, which it should not do.
Edit: A similar thing is also happening with Kewl Tune Rotary, the chosen effect cannot be seen from the game log. Although this is less of an issue than with Radiant Typhoon Vision.
