Yes.
By donating $5 USD to support the YGO Omega server costs the team enables VIP status on your account. This enables you to have 1 of each of the standard rarity while also providing you with Sleeve and mat sharing with your opponent.
Please note that because your sleeves and mat are shared you are required to use APPROPRIATE sleeves and mats.
