    [When using prank kids bow wow bark during the opponents turn, it won't allow me to not use the effect of prank kids meow meow mu, while the effect states you can activate it, making it optional]

There was a string error which was confusing. Basically when you activate this effect you can choose the cards you want to tribute or banish instead. The string is now fixed.
