Photon Sanctuary bug

1. Bug description
   I think the Photon Sanctuary card is buggy, I can’t Xyz Summon rank 4 LIGHT monsters with this card’s tokens.
   But I can use the tokens generated by the card for a Tribute Summon.
   The same bug occurs on yugioh omega and edopro.

2. Bug reproduction steps
   Put some Xyz rank 4 LIGHT monsters in the Extra Deck and activate the Photon Sanctuary.

   Allow to summon an Xyz rank 4 LIGHT monster

Thank you for making a bug report.

This is working as intended.

Tokens cannot be used for an XYZ as they cannot be XYZ material. That is one of their restrictions. When they are not on the field, they disappear. The state of being an XYZ material removes them from the field. Because of this is is not legal to use them for an XYZ summon.

The intent for Photon Santuary is to use them for the summoning requirement for Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon.
