Phantom Knight rank up launch wont let me activate it on my opponents turn

    Hi i think theres a bug with omega. Ive had several games where ive went to use phantom knight rank up magic launch on CXyz Fanatix into Varudras and i was never prompted to be able to use the spell. Ive had nothing stopping me from special summoning, fanatix had no materials, i wasnt xenolocked by any affects. I think theres a bug

    Having a set PK rum launch on board with a CXyz fanatix on field with no mats. Im never given option to activate launch
