Pendulum zones are shown as available for setting S/T cards in MR3

1. Bug description
   In Master Rule 3 when selecting the zone to set a S/T it shows you the pendulum zones as available options. This is not a visual bug as clicking on the left pendulum zone will set to the first S/T zone and clicking on the right pendulum zone will set to the second S/T zone

   Try setting an S/T in MR3

   Pendulum Zones should not be available as zones to set S/T cards in MR3
