    BUG: Opponent timed out in TCG Ranked Queue and stuck on siding screen.

  2. Bug reproduction steps

    Join TCG Ranked Queue and let one player time out on both the match and siding. Other player should be unable to surrender.

  4. Expected behavior

    Opponent should have been unable to surrender.

There is no surrender button while siding. If you are done siding, then the opponent also has to be done siding for you to return to the duel. If the opponent times out during siding, then they lose and you win so you should return to the lobby.
