   You should have been able to activate it’s effect:

If this card is sent to the GY: You can send 1 “Skull Servant” and 1 “The Lady in Wight” from your hand and/or Deck to the GY. You can banish 2 “Skull Servant(s)” and this card from your GY; Special Summon 1 “King of the Skull Servants” from your Deck. This card’s name becomes “Skull Servant” while in the GY.

Thank you for making a bug report!

I saw in the replay that what you’re describing occurred. However, I have not been able to recreate it myself. Sending it from Deck to grave with Uni-zombie, or sending it from field to grave as a link material both cause it to activate.

I tried to get the deck code from the replay, but it seems that replay sharing isn’t on.

Please confirm that you have the normal monster “Skull Servant” in your main deck. The effect monsters only count as skull servant when they are in the graveyard, not in the hand or deck.

It seems that from this point it is either fixed, or working as intended unless there is something I am missing. Please let me know if the deck is correct, or if there is something I am overlooking.
