"Mute Players" doesn't work

   I have Mute Players turned on, and there are still people talking ■■■■ in the chat.

   Play any ranked match and see that the opponent can still send messages.

   Nothing in chat.

Hello,

The color of the username lets you know which type of individual is responding.

Orange and blue are players, while White is spectators.

“Mute Spectators” is its own check box. Please make sure Mute All is selected. If you have Mute players, only spectators can talk. If you have Mute Spectators selected, only players can talk. If you Mute all, the chat will not receive any messages. Unrestricted allows both players and Spectators chat with you.
