Mementotlan Shleepy fusion summon bug

1. Bug description
   Mementotlan Shleepy’s effect to fusion summon a Memento Fusion monster is bugged. If you attempt to cancel the summon after selecting which fusion monster to summon it will allow you to summon the selected monster without using any material.

2. Bug reproduction steps

• Activate the effect of Mementotlan Shleepy to attempt to fusion summon.
• Select Monster to fusion summon.
• Attempt to cancel the summon action (I have the cancel command mapped to right click)
• Instead of returning to the fusion monster selection window the monster will be summoned without using any material.

3. Expected behavior
   The fusion prompt should return to the previous window asking which Memento Fusion monster you wish to summon.
