one: fix the activation text for the new melffy cards, they all have ??? there instead of words
two, and the main one: Melffy Rabbys, the new level 2 tuner, is not activating their on summon effect when they remain on field after summoning themselves from the hand and performing a fusion summon. the effect in hand summons, then performs a fusion. in a new chain, if melffy rabbys is still on field, they should activate their on summon effect to add a melffy monster from deck to hand and then if it was a normal monster, allow you to summon any number of beast monsters from your hand -
Bug reproduction steps
have melffy rabbys in hand, alongside an additional melffy monster and any beast on field or in hand.
the opponent summons a monster to their field. This triggers Melffy rabbys effect to summon themselves and perform a fusion of a melffy fusion monster using monsters from hand and/or field.
Rabbys is summoned, the fusion is conducted using the other melffy monster and the beast for Melffys’ Joyful Surprise.
chain finishes resolving, and on a new chain, only the trigger effect of Melffys’ Joyful Surprise is able to be activated.
ON FURTHER INSPECTION, EVEN IF YOU DECLINE TO FUSE, THEIR EFFECT CANNOT BE ACTIVATED

Expected behavior
Melffy Rabbys effect on summon to add should be able to be activated, as it is activated “if this card is normal or special summoned” and therefore should not be able to miss timing. I have further confirmed that it DOES trigger off any other special summon
