Magical Scientist effect is working incorrectly

  1. Bug description
    [Magical Scientist can special summon as many times as you want, as long as you have the life points for it. But in YGOmega, it only allows it once per turn, and also only lets you summon it into the extra zones, even in old formats.]

    [Magical Scientist effect should be able to be re-applied as many times until there's not enough life points to do so. And summons should be able to go to any monster zone.]

You probably should be disabling your EMZs in a format before Master Rule 4 then, just saying. As those formats should not have Extra Monster Zones. I took them out and I could use it as many times as I wanted, and I tried in Master Rule 5 and I could also do it as many times as I wanted.
