    Every limited to 2 card in the Duel links banlist of the game, is instead limited to 1.

Set the Banlist as the Duel links one, search for limited to 2 cards, such as: “Hey, Trunade!”, “Enemy controller” or “treacherous Trap Hole”. You’ll then see that it says they’re “limited to 1” instead of being “limited to 2”. (It counts for every limited to 2 card in the game)
