Libromancer Bonded + Pre-Preparation of Rites

1. Bug description
   Pre-Preparation of Rites will not allow you to search for Libromancer Bonded

2. Bug reproduction steps
   Have Pre-Preparation of Rites in hand, and a deck with Libromancer Bonded in it and Libromancer Firestarter in it.
   Pre-Preparation of Rites will not activate, even though Libromancer Bonded names Libromancer Firestarter.

4. Expected behavior
   Pre-Preparation of Rites should allow you to search both Libromancer Bonded and either Libromancer Fireburst or Libromancer Firestarter (as long as they are in your deck or GY)
