Law of the normal doesnt work :(

  1. Bug description
    I Had 4 level 2 normal monsters and one level one normal monster and could not activate law of the normal. It says “level 2 or lower” but the level one monster made it not work. I tried destroying the level one monster and replacing it with a level two monster and then it worked.

    [Pretty sure it would happen every time if you summon 4 level 2 and one level 1 normal monsters or other combinations might not work also.]

    Couldnt really get a good screenshot from a replay cause it wouldnt show that I couldnt activate it.

    [Law of the normal shouldve activated]

Provide a replay. Law of the normal is a very old card. I used it in the past for many years for several otk decks. It does work. So I will be very surprised if it doesn’t work. I need to know your game state. I need to see the replay. Words are not enough. I could not reproduce what you are saying.
