   [Lady's dragonmaid allows to fusion summon on the standby phase using materials from the gy or banishment, but house dragonmaid on the graveyard (a level 9 dragon "dragonmaid" monster) is not a correct material for the summon of Dragonmaid Sheou (1 dragonmaid monster + level 5 or higher dragon monster) .]

That is correct, it does NOT say “GY or banishment” it says “field or banishment”. You cannot use a house in the GY as it is not banished
