As far as I can tell there’s no option in local play to hotseat or control the second player. And I also can’t open multiple clients at one time to play local with two clients. Is there any way to make this work? To clarify I don’t mean playing solitaire hands, I mean playing two unique decks against eachother in local/solo mode.
What i do is use one deck on my phone and the other on my PC, that’s how I play by myself
