Iron Chain Coil Not Working

1. Bug description
   Iron Chain Coil does not give the monster an ATK boost, even after activation.

2. Bug reproduction steps

Normal Summon Iron Chain Coil. Activate its effect. It doesn’t matter if it targets itself or another Iron Chain; both scenarios do not work.

4. Expected behavior
   The Iron Chain Coil would make the Iron Chain monster gain 300 ATK/DEF.
